In the frame of the celebration of the World Health Day of the World Health Organization, the association Say No To Drug Belgium (SNTD.Be) held on April 4th a Conference: « Inform the Youth Before Dealers Do » in the Auditorium of the Churches of Scientology for Europe, Blvd de Waterloo, 1000 Brussels. This complies also with the 3 U.N. International Drug Control Conventions and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, both involving the responsibility of the States. In the presence of about 40 people from different ways of life, Julie, the SNTD.Be Coordinator of the anti-drug campaign introduced the theme starting with a short presentation of the goals of the association and described the different drug education prevention materials* used and made available for any educator interested by doing drug prevention actions in their field....

The Responsible of the Say No To Drug Team of Brussels, Julie, had been invited by Radio Panik (105.4 MHZ FM) in the frame of the International Day of the Woman, to do a presentation on the very topical issue of the drug. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was kindly led by the host Oncle Kinch. After having done on the very popular and friendly radio station Arabel (106.8 FM) a live presentation of the Truth About Drugs campaign developed in Belgium by the Say No To Drugs team, the in-charge of the campaign, Julie, held on February 15, a public conference-debate in the cultural center De Vaartkapoen of the Commune of Molenbeek/Brussels. The conference entitled Find out the Truth About the Drugs was previously announced on Radio Arabel and invitation flyers were distributed in the Molenbeek area. The public attending was composed of parents and youth, teachers, association directors, and some officials.
