-To end up the 2023 year, we found the Say No To Drugs (SNTD) lecturer Tomas delivering 3 lectures in the schools of the Municipality of Svatoborice-Mistrin (South Moravian Region), actively informing the children of the 4th, 5th, 6th classes on what are drugs and their effects. The 108 children were very interested by the data provided and 300 booklets from the series The Truth About Drugs were then distributed.
-To continue, the lecturer Richard in the town of Chomutov (80 Kms from Prague), famous for its “Kamencové jezero” (a lake with alum-rich water) started a new type of drug information action on the harming effects of drug use: To deliver a lecture in a Café! This lecture was a first, original and successful experience.
-Then in the center of Brno, Martina and Katerina distributed some 800 informative booklets The Truth About Drugs, in a location with many students passing-by. They had also the opportunity to meet with several professors who were very supportive of their drug preventive action.
-The new year 2024 started with 2 lectures made by Veronika in the school of the town Zidlochovice (Brno-Country-District), famous for its “Acacia lookout tower” with 76 stairs. The 51 students were from Grammar classes, so the delivery was of a high level as the students were attentive, interested and actively participating. The school prevention person, also attending the presentations, was very satisfied, confirmed by the feedbacks provided by the students. 200 booklets were distributed to the students.
