Madrid: A Drug Prevention Education Premiere...

They were 208 soldiers including representatives of the whole hierarchy, Colonel, Commandants, Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants, joining the troop to attend the lecture on drug done in the Spanish Army Artillery Regiment premises in Madrid. The one hour and a half lecture was delivered by Alfredo the CEO of the association Valencia Sin Drogas. Alfredo started to explain what are drugs (including alcohol and psychotropic drugs), how they work and why the drugs are dangerous and harming the person: body, mind thus degrading the personality and generating mental disorders. The stress was put on marijuana, being the most often the entrance door to the other drugs.This was an interactive lecture with the participation of some soldiers for demonstrations. BE: World Health Day in Charleroi...

To celebrate the World Health Day, the volunteers of Say No To Drugs Belgium went to the city Charleroi in the Walloon Region of Belgium. They set up their booth close to « Place Vert » (Green Place) to Inform the youngsters but also the passerbys on the harmful effects of drugs and to provide them with the correct data, before they are contacted by the dealers. This Day, in total they distributed 2600 information booklets “The Truth About Drugs” to passer-bys and to more than 80 shopkeepers. Citizens are really conscient on the fact that something needs to be done about the drug situation in their city. Alfredo is a very active person in Valencia (Spain), sharing his passion of drug prevention everywhere and with everybody: girls and boys in public and private schools, students, army, workers, families, on TV channel and radio antenna. Czech Republic: prevention by education on drugs...

Since January 2018 the Say No To Drug Team of Czech Republic held regularly lectures in the schools and distributions in different cities informing students of various levels and public on the danger related with drug consumption.
