In support of the UN International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the Sag Nein zu Drogen -Sag Ja zum Leben (Say No to Drug-Say Yes to Life) Team of Hamburg organized and participated to different prevention activities to educate the youth and public on the harmful effects of drug use.
This year, in June only, through street distributions, infostands and some mailings they got 141,340 booklets The Truth About Drugs in the hands of publics, beating their own 2017 record!
Their Infostands were located on:
-the Gerhard-Hauptmann Platz, the central square in Altstadt quarter and,
-on the Ballindamm street in the center of the city, on the Binnenalster lake bank.
In addition, despite the weather and for a good cause, 33 runners from the Sag Nein zu Drogen team, with their green tee-shirts, participated in HafenCity, to the HSH Nordbank Run 2018 , Hamburg Together!
