dubai-sept-76The Representative for the Drug Free World(1) and the Foundation for a Drug Free Europe(2) (Operational Center in Brussels) was invited to participate to the 12th International Forum on Drug Issues, in Dubai, under the slogan: Regional and national role to control stimulators (Amphetamines and Captagon).

This symposium organized by the Dubai Police Hemaya Center(3) and Sub-Regional Office of the UNODC, under the Patronage of the Commander in Chief of the Dubai Police Headquarters, was gathering prominent members, experts and specialists of various institutions from the Arabic countries.

The presentation was part of the session: Scope of Arab and International experiences. The title was: “The experience of Drug Fact Foundation in reducing the demand on drugs”. The presentation introduced the Truth About Drugs Program and its effective solutions. It was illustrated with a powerpoint presenting the different worldwide partners and activities made to raise the awareness of the youth and the population at large on the drug dangers.
