In Ireland: Do Sport, Not Drugs!

Ireland (“Éire” in Irish), also called the “Emerald Isle” because of its lush landscape is dotted with medieval castles. This is a Celtic country and Dublin its capital. The coat of arms is currently the harp, but the Irish shamrock is often used as another symbol, notably by the Irish rugby team.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The drug prevention team from Ireland, located in Dublin, celebrated the International Day Against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking (26 June) with a strong message to all: DO SPORT NOT DRUGS!

And they put this in application, organizing a match of football with the local football club Tymon Bawn, whose players rather well trained had no difficulties to score 5:2 for the cause.

This was also the opportunity to interview some of the extraordinary Truth About Drugs volunteers at the pitch of the popular Scientology Community Centre of Dublin!
